In addition, consumers who express a desire to apply for a loan provide us with and authorize us or our affiliate websites to obtain from third parties necessary financial information such as credit reports (Finance Information). We do not provide financing, but instead transmit those requests to third-party vendors for consideration.

All information provided by consumers in any of the above-listed ways or otherwise may be used by us and disclosed as permitted in this Policy.

Loan Request Information is used to transmit financing requests to third parties who may be in a position to respond to your request. As part of the request process, we may verify the information you provide, or obtain omitted address or other contact information from third parties.

Loan Request Information transmitted to a lender or other fulfillment entity is used to process your financing application. Consumers who submit Loan Request Information expressly authorize third party lenders to contact them in connection with their loan request regardless of whether or not such consumer is listed on a Do Not Call list.

By submitting your information for a car financing quote, you certify that all of the statements in your application are true and complete and are made for the purpose of obtaining credit. You expressly agree to provide and/or authorize InstantCarLoan and/or lending, automobile dealer, or affiliate partners to obtain such additional information as may be required, including checking your credit report or FICO score in order to complete the processing of your application. You understand that checking your credit report may produce an "inquiry" to appear on your credit report.

InstantCarLoan forwards your application and your financial information to one or more third party lenders, dealers, or others that may be able to offer you, or assist you in finding financing that meets your needs. Some of these affiliates may offer or arrange dealer financing rather than a direct loan from a lender.

BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, YOU AUTHORIZE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO BE FORWARDED AS ABOVE-DESCRIBED.
